Jason and JK grew up together for most of their childhood years, as step brothers, in Reno. JK was born in 1970 and died in 2011 when was stuck by a hit-and-run driver after a local event at the University of Nevada Reno. He leaves behind his wife Jaime, who along with Jason’s wife, is fighting aggressive breast cancer. JK also leaves behind three sons, Tommy, Tanner and Luke. JK worked for KTVN Channel 2 News as the Sports Director for 14 years.
JK would have been truly amazed at the outpouring of love and financial support from the Northern Nevada Community following his untimely death last November.
